  • Subscription-based services after the initial 30-day period.
  • Any third-party costs or expenses incurred by Exlize IT Services on behalf of the client.

4. Approval and Issuance of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will Credit the refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
